Please do not pay the items until you have completed ALL of your purchases.

We do offer discount for combined shipping.

As shipping prices varies according to the weight, we will advice you accordingly on the prices.

For purchase above RM150.00 Chixalicious will waive the delivery fee.

Payment Method

We accept Direct Bank Deposit, Online Banking/Transfer & Paypal.

We do not accept Cheques and Money Order.

Once payment is made, please email us the details such as we could proceed with shipping.

All transactions is to be completed within 7 days.

All items can be shipped via the following:

Normal Mail
RM3.00 (Peninsular Malaysia)
RM4.00 (East & West Malaysia)

Registered Mail:
RM6.00 (Peninsular Malaysia)
RM7.00 (East & West Malaysia)

Pos Laju:
RM7.00 (Peninsular Malaysia)
RM9.00 (East & West Malaysia)

Tracking details will be provided if it is via Registered Mail or Pos Laju.

Items will be sent to the delivery address, unless resquested on CoD.

For International Delivery, feel free to give us an email.

Chixalicous will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during postage. We pack our items in bubble wrap, otherwise stated. Request can be made to be packed in a box and we charge and extra fee of RM1.00 per box.

Return Policy

We do not acept any returns for earrings due to hygenic purposes.

If you wish to return any items other than earrings, our return procedure is within 14 days from the day of shipping.

Patrons will bear the cost of Postage, Shipping and Handling for returned items.

We may have limited items of some designs and all puchases are based on a first come first serve basis.
